Bringing Hope to the Streets of Phoenix

Every week we meet people where they are—with food, prayer, discipleship, and the hope of Jesus Christ. For nearly five decades we've walked beside people in their hardest moments, believing every life can be transformed through Christ.

WHAT WE DO

Faith in Action. Hope on Every Street.

Church on the Street exists to meet people where they are—with the love of Jesus Christ. Every meal served, every prayer offered, every outreach, and every act of compassion is an opportunity to share the Gospel and walk alongside people toward lasting transformation.

OUR STORY

Four decades of hope on the streets of Phoenix

More than four decades ago, Church on the Street began with a simple calling—to take the love of Jesus beyond the walls of the church and into the streets of Phoenix. What started as street preaching and serving those in need has grown into a ministry that provides meals, discipleship, prayer, outreach, and hope for people facing homelessness, addiction, poverty, and brokenness. While our ministry has grown, our mission has never changed: Meet people where they are. Love them well. Point them to Jesus Christ.

Stories of Hope

Every Life Matters. Every Story Points to Jesus.

Lives are transformed one relationship, one prayer, and one act of compassion at a time. These stories reflect the hope God is bringing to Phoenix through Church on the Street.

“When I first came around, I needed more than a meal. I needed someone to believe that my life could still change. Church on the Street kept showing up with compassion, truth, and prayer when I had almost given up.”

“Serving alongside Church on the Street changed the way I see outreach. It is not just about helping for a moment. It is about building trust, offering hope, and pointing people toward lasting transformation.”
